Oceanscape

--> Best viewed large on black

A line of telegraph poles runs offshore for power feeding to a watch-house which controls poaching to seaweed harvesting. At high tide, with those poles being sunk into the sea, the scenery changes to be so unreal, it is absolutely a soul-shaking experience.

This kind of scenery somehow reminds me of a poem by George Herbert.

Virtue ( excerpt: line1-4 ) - George Herbert

 Sweet day, so cool, so calm, so bright,
 The bridal of the earth and sky:
 The dew shall weep thy fall tonight;
 For thou must die.
